Welcome to Forest Grove.

Located in north-east Saskatoon, Saskatchewan within the University Heights Suburban Development Area, Forest Grove is a residential neighbourhood that is home to 5,857 residents.  Three parks, two schools, additonal greenspace, and a shopping center strip mall service the residents of this community.

Education

There are two schools in Forest Grove.  Forest Grove School is a public elementary school belonging to the Saskatoon Public School Division. 

Additionally, a separate Catholic elementary school named St. Volodymyr School (part of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division) is located in the Forest Grove neighbourhood.

Parks and Recreation

Three city parks can be found throughout the Forest Grove neighbourhood.  Les Kerr Park which is shared between both elementary schools, Balsam Park located off Central Ave, and T.J. Quigley Park which is located off Birch Crescent.  There is also Forest Grove Linkage which is a small strip of greenspace linking Berini Drive and Kellough Road.

Additional Amenities

Business areas include commercial and light industrial activity along Gray Avenue, adjacent to the CP Rail tracks. On 115th Street, there is a strip mall beside the Forest Grove Village apartment/condo complex, and another freestanding commercial building closer to Central Avenue. There are 78 home-based businesses in the neighbourhood.

The nearest public library serving Forest Grove is the Alice Turner branch of the Saskatoon Public Library, which is located on Nelson Road in University Heights.
