Neighbourhood Amenities

Education

No schools belonging to the Saskatoon Public School Division or the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division exist in Grosvenor Park. A former public elementary school, Grosvenor Park School, is now the Saskatoon Islamic Centre; they offer Quranic, Arabic and other Islamic studies on weekends during five months of the year. Public elementary school students who reside in the neighborhood attend Brunskill School in neighboring Varsity View.

Parks and Recreation

Four city parks can be found throughout the Grosvenor Park neighbourhood.  Albert Oulton Park is located just off Garrison Crescent between Cumberland Ave and Leslie Ave. Grosvenor Park is located off Main Street by Copland Court. Latham Park is found within Latham Place and Rod V. Real Park is tucked in the corner behind Bate Crescent.

Additional Amenities

Commercial development is limited to the southern edge of the neighbourhood, where businesses lie within the 8th Street business district. Grosvenor Park Centre, a large strip mall complex with about 30 businesses, is located on the corner of 8th Street and Preston Avenue.It is Saskatoon's second-oldest shopping centre.  There are 26 home-based businesses in the neighbourhood.

The nearest public library serving Grosvenor Park is the Cliff Wright branch of the Saskatoon Public Library, which is located at the Lakewood Civic Centre on McKercher Drive.
