Welcome to Hampton Village.
Located in west Saskatoon, Saskatchewan within the Confederation Suburban Development Area, Hampton Village is a residential neighbourhood that is home to 325 residents. Four parks and a small commercial area are planned.
Hampton Village is the first suburb designed on Saskatoon's west side to be modelled after the village concept. The residential area is constructed around the village centre consisting of shops, services and amenities for residential living, with walking trails radiating outward from the central core. This suburb has some detached homes and condominiums sold and there are still several areas still under construction.
Demographics
The neighbourhood is considered a middle-to-high income area, with an average family income of $91,064 and an average dwelling value of $335,417. Home ownership rate is 90.3% in this area.

Neighbourhood Amenities
Education
There are currently no schools located in Hampton Village. Families with school-aged children attend Dundonald School in nearby Dundonald.
Parks and Recreation
An extensive park system— complete with pedestrian walkways and bike paths— will connect the Village Centre to residential areas and encourage residents to get out, enjoy their surroundings and meet their neighbours.
Development of the Draggins Car Club Park has begun, as well as Anita Langford Park. Additionally, Rik Steernberg Park and Hampton Village Square offer green space in the Hampton Village neighbourhood.
A planned community centre will provide space for public meetings and other community programs.
Additional Amenities
Currently there is limited commercial development including a newly constructed Shoppers' Drug Mart in Hampton Village.
The nearest public library serving Hampon Village is the Carlylye King branch of the Saskatoon Public Library, which is located at the Cosmo Civic Centre on Laurier Drive in the Confederation Suburban Centre neighbourhood.
