Education
There are two schools in Holiday Park. Saskatoon French School is a French Immersion school and a separate Catholic elementary school named St. John School (part of the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division) is located in the Holiday Park neighbourhood.
Parks and Recreation
Three city parks can be found throughout the Holiday Park neighbourhood. Boughton Park is located adjacent to Saskatoon French School on Wellington Street. Holiday Park is located on Avenue M South and Schuyler Street, and additional greenspace within Victoria Park along Spadina Crescent West on the riverfront.
Holiday Park has an official neighborhood association which sets out leisure activities, and provides community members a forum to discuss community issues such as neighborhood watch, block parent programs, etc.
Holiday Park Golf Course offers a Championship 18 hole and executive 9 hole course. It is used year round providing snow golf and well groomed cross country ski trails in the winter months. Within Victoria Park along the river is Riversdale Tennis Club and Riversdale Pool - a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with water slide features. Within the Gordie Howe Management Area with Gordie Howe Bowl, Baseball Diamonds, Speed Skating Oval. A campground is located in this area.
Along the west the Meewasin Valley Authority provides walking and biking trails along the South Saskatchewan River. Canoists, water skiers, and kayakers have a wonderful time enjoying the convenience of the Saskatchewan River.
Additional Amenities
There is limited commercial development in Holiday Park, with a few smaller busineses along 11th Street West.
