Education
The only school in King George is a public elementary school belonging to the Saskatoon Public School Division - named after the neighbourhood. This school was built in 1913 from a design by David Webster, and constructed with Estevan brick with stone trim.
Parks and Recreation
Two city parks can be found throughout the King George neighbourhood. Victoria Park borders the river front where the Water Treatment Plant is situated. St. Andrews Park is located between Avenue M South and Avenue N South between 13th Street and 15th Street.
