Located in south east Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in the Lakewood Suburban Development Area, Rosewood is a neighbourhood currently under development.
Neighbourhood Amenities
Education
There are two schools proposed for Rosewood to be located at the center of the community, however no announcements have been made by either Public or Seperate school boards about plans to put a school in.
Parks and Recreation
The current drawings show a core neighbourhood park at the center of the neighbourhood adjacent to the school and mixed-use "village square" sites. Linear parks link to two neighbourhood parks closer to the east and west peripheries, and two small "pocket" parks in the northeast part of the neighbourhood.
Additional Amenities
The nearest branch of the Saskatoon Public Library is the Cliff Wright Branch located in the Lakewood Civic Centre on McKercher Drive.
