Eastview is mostly residential neighbourhood with the majority of homes built between 1961 and 1970. Eastview neighbourhood had a unique naming convention that gave all of its streets a name including the word “East” in them due to the original construction of the community that gave all homes a stunning east view as there was no construction beyond the eastern border of the neighbourhood.
