Kelsey-Woodlawn is a smaller neighbourhood comprised of mostly pre World War II homes built with character,style accents, as well as newer homes. Residents have quick access to Idylwyld and Warman Road for shopping either in the downtown shopping district or The Mall at Lawson Heights with a large grocery store and other amenities. This area is great for students attending Sask Polytech and almost half of the residents are renters in this neighbourhood.

Two parks are located throughout Kelsey-Woodlawn: Dr. J. Valens Park and Industrial Park. Community Association programming is shared between Hudson Bay Park, Mayfair and Kelsey-Woodlawn. Residents of this neighbourhood also have quick access to Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre located on Idylwyld Drive.
