Opportunity to acquire 792 acres of Deeded Land and with 1,223 acres of Crown Lease land (assignable to a qualified buyer) that borders the South Saskatchewan River! There are two pumping sites for irrigation located along the river. Currently, there are 155 acres that are setup for irrigation.
