There is a 1,000-gallon fibreglass septic tank with a gauge so you don’t have to guess how full it is. The house is also wired with a Generlink electrical connection for the ability to quickly hook up a generator to power the entire house. The resort has great cel phone service and is just 70 km from Swift Current. The land is now also available to be purchased for $15,000, which can be negotiated into a sale.
