The roof was redone with metal (2017), and the siding (2017) has been replaced with new vinyl. There is a massive over 400 sq foot L shaped deck on the back of the cabin (2019). This was all done with the idea of being maintenance free to give time for your family to really enjoy their time at the lake. There is a well on the lot which was bored by Martin Water Wells and has been tested to be potable water. On the second lot is a small garage perfect for storing lake toys and your summer furnishings during the winter months. Outside there is a graveled area with a firepit done in 2021 just waiting for you to sit and enjoy visiting by the fire. Included are the fridge, stove, microwave and living room furniture.
