Hudson Bay Park Saskatoon

Hudson Bay Park is located in the north west area of Saskatoon. It is considered a middle income neighbourhood and the majority of homes were built between 1940 and 1950 and are mostly bungalow style homes characteristic of that era. There are four parks in Hudson Bay Park and there is a community association that provides programming for this neighbourhood as well as the neighbouring communities of Kelsey, McNab Park and Mayfair.

Parks and Recreation

Three city parks can be found throughout the Hudson Bay Park neighbourhood.  Riversdale Kiwanis Park is located to the far west of the neighbourhood on Edmonton Avenue and Ave W South.  Pierre Radisson Park stretches from 33rd Street West to 31st Street West on MacMillan Avenue.  Henry Kelsey Park is the neighbourhood's largest park and is adjacent to Henry Kelsey School.  It is located off Valens Drive and stretches as far as Avenue I North.

Neighbourhood Amenities

On Avenue P North is a small strip mall which offer doctors offices, hair dressers, and other shops as well as other amenities. There are 32 home-based businesses in the neighbourhood.

The nearest public library serving Hudson Bay Park is the Mayfair branch of the Saskatoon Public Library, which is located at the corner of 33rd St. W. and Avenue F.
