Meadowgreen Saskatoon

Meadow Green is a neighbourhood located on the west side of Saskatoon with abundant green space and parks, basketball courts, playgrounds and walking trails. There is a small strip mall that services the local residents. The majority of homes were built between 1960 and 1980. Meadow Green Community Association offers programming out of W.P. Bates elementary school for the residents of the neighbourhood.

There are five parks in Meadowgreen. Peter Pond Park is located just off 20th Street West between Winnipeg and Ottawa Avenues.  Cahill Park is located between Avenues X and Y off 21st Street W. Dutchak Park is located on Ottawa Avenue South where the former W.P. Bate School was situated.  Meadowgreen Park is located adjacent to W.P. Bate School on 18th Street West and also opens to Wardlow Road.  Finally, the largest green space in Meadowgreen - Kate Waygood Park - is located to the south of Appleby Drive and is accessible from Avenue W South.
